Aperol Spritz Recipe

Refresh yourself with this iconic Aperol Spritz, a delightful blend of bittersweet orange and sparkling wine, perfect for summer gatherings.

Step 1
Fill the Mosa Soda Siphon with cold water.

Step 2
Attach one Mosa Soda Charger and shake vigorously to carbonate. For extra fizz, refrigerate the siphon for 1–2 hours.

Step 3
In a large wine glass, pour Prosecco, add Aperol, and a splash of tonic water. Top off with the freshly carbonated soda water from the Mosa Soda Siphon. Garnish with lemon slices for a refreshing finish.
