Drizzle our fragrant basil oil over dishes for a burst of fresh flavor that enhances pastas, salads, and grilled meats beautifully.

Step 1
Coarsely chop the basil and combine it with the oil in a 0.5 L Mosa Whipper.

Step 2
Securely attach 1 Mosa Professional Charger and let the mixture infuse for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Rapidly vent the Mosa Master whipper by pressing the lever. Unscrew the Whipper head from the stainless steel bottle, remove the sieve and seal, and pour the infused oil into a glass through the Mosa Funnel & Sieve.
