Spice up your dishes with our homemade chili oil, adding a kick of heat that enhances everything from pizzas to stir-fries.

Step 1
Core the chili peppers and slice them into rings.

Step 2
Add the chili rings and oil to the Mosa Master whipper.

Step 3
Secure with a Mosa Cream Charger, shake the Mosa Master whipper vigorously 5 times, and let it steep for 5 minutes. Quickly vent the Whip, then remove the Whipper head and sieve. Pour the infused oil into a glass through the Mosa Funnel & Sieve.
