Elevate your desserts with our rich cocoa sugar syrup, perfect for drizzling over ice cream, pancakes, or as a sweet addition to beverages.

Step 1
Coarsely chop cocoa beans and add them to the Mosa Master whipper with sugar syrup.

Step 2
Secure with 1 Mosa Cream Charger, shake vigorously 5 times, and let it infuse for 15 minutes. Quickly vent the Mosa Master whipper by pressing the lever, then remove the Whipper head and sieve.

Step 3
Strain the sugar syrup into a glass through the Mosa Funnel & Sieve.
