Elevate your dishes with this creamy goat cheese espuma, adding a rich and tangy flair that's irresistible.

Step 1
Blend goat cream cheese, cold vegetable broth, sour cream, and spices in a stand mixer until smooth.

Step 2
Gently fold in whipped cream to reach a custard-like consistency. Strain the mixture through the Mosa Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 L Mosa Whip. Attach one Mosa Professional Charger, shake 14 times, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Step 3
Serve with braised pumpkin or other desired accompaniments.
