Step 1
Soak the gelatin in cold water. Heat 125 ml of pineapple juice and dissolve the soaked gelatin in it.

Step 2
Combine the coconut milk, remaining pineapple juice, and rum, then stir in the dissolved gelatin.

Step 3
Strain the mixture through the Mosa Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 L Mosa Whipper. Secure with 1 Mosa Cream Charger and shake vigorously. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Shake again before serving. Mosa Tip - For a Pina Colada Espuma, this makes a delightful summer drink from pineapple juice! For a 1 L Mosa Whipper, double the ingredients and use 2 Mosa Cream Chargers, shaking after each attachment. Halve the ingredients for a 0.25 L Mosa Whipper.
