A vibrant raspberry vinegar that adds a fruity tang to salads and marinades, enhancing your dishes with a delightful twist.

Step 1
Drain raspberries and add to the Mosa Master whipper with white balsamic vinegar.

Step 2
Attach one Mosa Cream Charger, shake 5 times, and let infuse for 30 minutes.

Step 3
Afterwards, rapidly vent the Mosa Master whipper by pressing the lever. Unscrew the Whipper head from the Mosa stainless steel bottle and remove the sieve and sieve seal. Empty the vinegar into a glass through the Mosa Funnel & Sieve.
