This fragrant rosemary and lemon syrup offers a refreshing twist, perfect for enhancing cocktails or drizzling over desserts.

Step 1
Place all ingredients into a 0.5 L Master whipper.

Step 2
Screw on a Mosa Professional Charger.

Step 3
Gently swirl the bottle, then allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes. The longer it rests, the more intense the infusion.

Note: When ready, vent the bottle by pressing the lever, then unscrew the head and pour out the infused syrup.
