Step 1
Chop the rosemary roughly and add it to the Mosa Master whipper with olive oil.

Step 2
Secure with a Mosa Cream Charger, shake the Mosa Master whipper vigorously once, and let it steep for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Vent the Mosa Master whipper by pressing the lever, then remove the Whipper head and the sieve and sieve seal. Pour the infused oil into a glass using the Mosa Funnel & Sieve.
