Step 1
Fill the Mosa Soda Siphon or Mosa Stainless Steel Soda Siphonwith cold water. Attach one Mosa Soda Charger and shake vigorously to carbonate.

Step 2
For extra sparkle, refrigerate the siphon for 1–2 hours.

Step 3
In a long drink glass, add ice cubes, then pour in gin, cherry brandy, lemon juice, and grenadine. Top off with the freshly carbonated soda water. Garnish with a lemon slice or cocktail cherries for a vibrant finishing touch.
