Tomato Vinegar Recipe

Step 1
Chop the dried tomatoes and place them in the Mosa Master whipper with white balsamic vinegar.

Step 2
Secure with a Mosa Cream Charger, shake the Mosa Master whipper vigorously 5 times, and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Quickly vent the Mosa Master whipper by pressing the lever, then remove the Whipper head and take out the sieve and sieve seal. Pour the infused vinegar into a glass using the Mosa Funnel & Sieve.
