Ingredients

150ml milk

150g cream cheese, full-fat

150ml whipping cream

50g gingerbread syrup


Indulgent and rich, this New York cheesecake cappuccino is a creamy delight. Quick to make, it’s perfect for a sweet treat!

Step 1
Mix all ingredients except cream in a blender, then stir in cream.

Step 2
Pour into a 0.5 L Mosa Whipper through Mosa Funnel & Sieve. Attach one Mosa Cream Charger and shake 4-8 times.

Step 3
Serve over espresso instead of milk foam.
