Decadent and creamy, this traditional Italian zabaglione is a delightful dessert. Quick to prepare, it’s a luxurious treat for any occasion!

Step 1
Beat egg yolks with wine and sugar over a bain-marie, then chill.

Step 2
Mix in remaining ingredients thoroughly.

Step 3
Pour through Mosa Sieve & Funnel into a 0.5 L Master whipper, attach one Mosa Professional Charger, and shake 10-12 times. Serve with rum-soaked plums.

Mosa Tip: For a quicker version, use pasteurized yolk, blending until sugar dissolves.
