Step 1Combine Prosecco with elderflower syrup and Pro Espuma. Pour through the Mosa Funnel & Sieve into a 0.5 L Mosa Whipper.
Step 2Secure with 1 Mosa Cream Charger and shake vigorously. Chill the filled Whipper in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
Mosa Tip - For extra sparkle, add one more Mosa Cream Charger and shake before serving. Serve with a red currant cocktail.
Note - For a 1 L Mosa Whipper, double the ingredients and use 2 Mosa Cream Chargers. For a 0.25 L Mosa Whipper, halve the ingredients.
