Step 1Roll the lemons on a firm surface with the palm of your hand, then cut into eighths and place them in the Mosa Master whipper with olive oil.
Step 2Secure with a Mosa Cream Charger, shake the Mosa Master whipper vigorously 5 times, and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then quickly vent the Mosa Master whipper by pressing the lever.
Step 3Remove the Whipper head from the stainless steel Mosa bottle and take out the sieve and sieve seal. Pour the infused olive oil into a glass using the Mosa Funnel & Sieve.
