Step 1Chop the dried tomatoes and place them in the Mosa Master whipper with white balsamic vinegar.
Step 2Secure with a Mosa Cream Charger, shake the Mosa Master whipper vigorously 5 times, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Step 3Quickly vent the Mosa Master whipper by pressing the lever, then remove the Whipper head and take out the sieve and sieve seal. Pour the infused vinegar into a glass using the Mosa Funnel & Sieve.
