Combine the whipping cream and amaretto syrup (such as Monin) in a 0.5 L Mosa Whipper. Secure with 1 Mosa Cream Charger and shake vigorously until you achieve the desired consistency. This can be served immediately or refrigerated for up to 1 week.
Step 2
In a glass, place 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and fill halfway with cold milk. Pour an espresso over the top and finish with the amaretto cream.
Note: For a 1 L Mosa Whipper, double the ingredients and use 2 Mosa Cream Chargers, shaking vigorously after each. Halve the ingredients if using a 0.25 L Mosa Whipper.
