Ingredients

1× soda water

40ml Campari


This classic Campari soda offers a bold, bittersweet flavor profile, making it a stylish choice for aperitivo hour on warm evenings.

Step 1
Fill the Mosa Soda Siphon or Mosa Stainless Steel Soda Siphonwith cold water.

Step 2
Attach one Mosa Soda Charger, shake vigorously, and for extra fizz, chill the water beforehand.

Step 3
Place ice cubes in a long drink glass, pour the Campari over the ice, and top off with the sparkling soda water. Garnish with a twist of lemon zest for a refreshing touch.
