Step 1Coarsely chop cocoa beans and add them to the Mosa Master whipper with sugar syrup.
Step 2Secure with 1 Mosa Cream Charger, shake vigorously 5 times, and let it infuse for 15 minutes. Quickly vent the Mosa Master whipper by pressing the lever, then remove the Whipper head and sieve.
Step 3Strain the sugar syrup into a glass through the Mosa Funnel & Sieve.
